Chinese automotive company XPeng unveiled its "Iron" humanoid robot, showcasing remarkably fluid and human-like movement that impressed observers worldwide. The robot features advanced motor technology enabling smooth hip-swaying gaits, plus dexterous hands with 22 degrees of flexibility and a human-like spine design. Iron incorporates the first all-solid-state battery in robotics, making it safer for home use than traditional lithium-ion powered robots.
