SMRTR summary

A tattered sign for Xavier's School for Gifted Youngsters sits in the dirt, but this time, it's made of plastic bricks.

Marvel, Disney Consumer Products, and the LEGO Group have released a shot-for-shot LEGO recreation of the Avengers: Doomsday trailer, part of their "All Moments Lead to Doomsday" campaign. Every scene is reconstructed with surprising precision, using sets from the new Doomsday LEGO wave, including the New Avengers Tower and the Quinjet.

Robert Downey Jr.'s voice remains intact as Doctor Doom, warning gravely, "Something's coming. Something we may not be able to deter. Before this day is done, we shall be faced with an unthinkable decision."

The only real difference is color. Where the live-action trailer leaned into muted browns and grays, the LEGO version opens everything up brighter, making scenes more legible, if occasionally a little flat.

The only thing missing is the final countdown clock.
