Google tests an email-based productivity assistant

Google has launched an experimental email-based AI assistant called CC through Google Labs, powered by Gemini technology. The assistant connects to Gmail, Google Drive, and Google Calendar to deliver daily briefing emails that summarize tasks, calendar events, and key updates. Users can interact with CC by replying to emails or sending requests for adding to-dos, saving notes, or searching information. Currently available only to AI Pro and Ultra subscribers in the U.S. and Canada.
