AT&T will now pay you if there’s a network outage

AT&T is launching a new customer service program called "AT&T Guarantee" in 2025. The program will offer automatic bill credits for network outages lasting 20 minutes or more for fiber customers and 60 minutes or more for wireless customers. Customers will receive a full day of service credit. The program also promises clearer guidelines for deals and improved customer service with quick access to tech experts. This move follows a similar program introduced by Spectrum in September.
