Anthropic has to keep revising its technical interview test so you can’t cheat on it with Claude

Anthropic's performance optimization team has been forced to repeatedly redesign their technical job interview test because their own AI model Claude keeps getting so good that it can solve the problems better than human candidates. When Claude Opus 4.5 began matching even top performers, the test became useless for distinguishing talent since it only measured which AI model candidates used rather than their actual skills.
