China sent fibers made from simulated and real lunar soil to its space station aboard the Tianzhou-10 spacecraft for long-term exposure testing. Developed by Donghua University, the hair-thin fibers could one day replace Earth-shipped building materials, potentially serving as reinforcement for concrete or flexible structures in future Moon bases.
