Study says nearly half of AI users finish their work faster and spend the saved time on personal tasks

However, 55 percent believe they could perform their jobs at nearly the same level without AI, suggesting the tools serve as helpful aids rather than essential requirements. Millennials lead adoption at 55 percent, while usage drops among older generations, and most workers feel confident their jobs remain safe from AI replacement.
