No “AI jobs bloodbath” as AI permeates all IT work over the next 5 years

By 2030, AI will be integrated into all IT work, with 25% fully performed by bots and the rest by humans using AI assistance, according to Gartner analysts. While entry-level IT positions are vulnerable, with highly AI-exposed jobs already declining by over 40% since 2023, Gartner doesn't anticipate widespread job losses, as currently only 1% of job losses stem from AI.
