Neurable and HyperX unveiled a prototype gaming headset at CES 2026 that uses brain-computer interface technology to enhance esports performance. The headphones contain EEG sensors that monitor brain waves to measure focus and stress levels, helping competitive gamers optimize their mental state before high-stakes matches. During testing, a participant improved his gaming accuracy from 75.5% to 83.3% and reaction time from 478ms to 437ms after completing a brain-focusing exercise that uses AI algorithms to detect peak mental concentration.
