SpaceX and Cursor strike partnership that might end in a $60 billion acquisition

SpaceX and AI coding tool Cursor have formed a partnership that could lead to SpaceX acquiring Cursor for $60 billion later this year, or investing $10 billion into the company. The deal gives Cursor access to xAI's powerful Colossus computing infrastructure, solving previous bottlenecks in model training and allowing Cursor to build smarter AI coding tools faster.
