Snapchat rolls out its end-of-year Recaps

Snapchat launched its 2025 end-of-year Recap feature, creating personalized video summaries of users' highlights from Snaps, Stories, and Chats accessible through the Memories section. The rollout follows similar recap features from Spotify and other platforms, while Snapchat revealed impressive usage statistics including 1.7 billion daily call minutes and over five billion voice notes sent by U.S. users. The feature arrives amid user criticism over Snapchat's new storage fees, which will limit free Memories access to 5GB starting next year.
