New iFixit video shows how an iPhone battery is made

iFixit visited a massive battery factory in China and filmed the surprisingly hands-on process of building an iPhone battery from scratch. The video shows technician Shahram Mokhtari walking through each manual step — from programming the Battery Management System to folding circuit boards, running quality-control tests, and applying adhesive strips — before installing the finished battery in an actual iPhone.
