It's not too late for Apple to get AI right

OpenAI announced that apps can now run directly inside ChatGPT, challenging Apple's App Store dominance with some predicting a ChatGPT-powered future of app usage. However, Apple's planned Siri overhaul — which aims to let users control iPhone apps through voice and text without switching between interfaces — could leverage the company's ecosystem advantages including 1.5 billion iPhone users and existing app infrastructure to modernize app interaction while maintaining its market position.
