Google is about to make Gemini a core part of Workspaces—with price changes

Google is integrating AI features into all Workspace business accounts while adjusting pricing. The base cost for Workspace plans is increasing from $12 to $14 per seat, but this now includes AI tools previously available as a $20 add-on. Users who were already paying for Gemini will see a significant price reduction, while those who didn't use AI features will face a slight increase. New AI capabilities include email summaries, document assistance, and improved audio features in various Workspace applications.
