DJI’s first robovac features drone tech and a transparent design

DJI, known for drones, has launched its first robot vacuum cleaner, the Romo, in three models featuring drone-inspired obstacle detection technology. The vacuum uses fisheye vision and laser sensors to identify and navigate around different obstacles, offering powerful 25,000Pa suction and self-cleaning capabilities. Currently available only in China (starting at ~$654), the standout Romo P model features a fully transparent design and specialized cleaning solution options for different rooms.
