Android 17 Will Introduce a Handoff-Like ‘Continue On’ Feature

Android 17 is bringing a new "Continue On" feature that lets users start something on their phone and pick up where they left off on a tablet, similar to Apple's Handoff. At launch, it will only support phone-to-tablet transitions, with options to resume in the same app, a web browser, or a web app. Android 17's public release is expected within weeks.
