AI hype is at an all time high, but only a few of us actually use it daily

AI usage in the workplace remains limited, with only 4% of workers using it daily despite 84% having tried it. While 77% believe AI will transform the world, most don't trust it yet, with 61% expecting it to handle half their work in 10 years but 80% calling for heavy regulation.
