Video: Powerful US microwave weapon fries drone swarms and boats in single blast

A new high-power microwave weapon called Leonidas H2O has been unveiled by US company Epirus. The system can simultaneously disable boat motors, unmanned vessels, and drones with a single microwave blast. In US Navy tests, Leonidas H2O successfully targeted vessel motors at long ranges, even at reduced power. The weapon uses scalable, solid-state technology that allows for continuous engagement of multiple threats. Epirus claims Leonidas H2O fills a capability gap in non-kinetic vessel stopping solutions for the military.
