Search for invisible substance that make up 85% of universe’s all matter to get boost with new study

Researchers at Hebrew University have identified three quantum materials that could transform the search for dark matter, the invisible substance making up 85% of all matter in the universe. These materials, including titanium diselenide, could improve detector sensitivity by up to 1,000 times compared to current materials, making previously undetectable dark matter signals readable.
