Modder converts the 1:1 scale Lego Game Boy into a playable Game Boy

Modder Natalie the Nerd transformed the newly released 1:1 scale Lego Game Boy into a fully functional gaming device that plays original Game Boy cartridges. Working from press photos, she calculated dimensions to fit real Game Boy hardware inside the Lego kit, designing a custom circuit board using Game Boy Pocket components to save space. The conversion uses the Lego set's existing clickable buttons and incorporates her own power management system. She plans to refine the design and release full project details for other enthusiasts to attempt the modification.
