Kikplate has upgraded from a simple clone-based scaffolding tool to a schema-driven project generator. The new plate.yaml manifest replaces kikplate.yaml, adding typed variables, optional modules, and file mappings. The CLI binary is now kik, with a generate command that reads your schema and renders templated files into a working project, replacing the old copy-and-strip approach.
