A new programming model for durable execution

Vercel Workflows has reached general availability after processing over 100 million runs across 1,500+ customers during beta. The framework enables developers to write durable, long-running agents and backends using normal TypeScript or Python control flow, eliminating the need for separate orchestration services. Built-in encryption, automatic retries, and durable streams make it particularly suited for AI agents that need to handle failures and maintain state across extended operations.
