LightRAG – "LightRAG: Simple and Fast Retrieval-Augmented Generation"

LightRAG is a fast retrieval-augmented generation system that builds knowledge graphs from documents to enable more comprehensive query responses than traditional RAG approaches. The system recently integrated RAGAS evaluation tools and Langfuse tracing capabilities, while adding support for multimodal data processing including text, images, tables, and equations through its RAG-Anything component, with performance evaluations showing LightRAG outperforming competing systems across multiple domains.
