Cloudflare is luring web-scraping bots into an ‘AI Labyrinth’

Cloudflare has launched AI Labyrinth, a free tool to combat web-crawling bots that scrape sites for AI training data without permission. When inappropriate bot behavior is detected, the tool leads crawlers to AI-generated decoy pages, wasting their resources. This approach aims to slow down and confuse bad actors, rather than simply blocking them. AI Labyrinth also serves as a honeypot to identify new bot patterns and signatures. Website administrators can easily enable this feature through their Cloudflare dashboard settings.
