Anthropic upgrades Claude with new Fable 5.1 model, details here

Anthropic has launched Claude Fable 5.1, an upgrade to its most capable AI model, three months after releasing Fable 5. The new model sets a higher standard for coding, knowledge work, and long-running problem-solving, and it's smart enough to fix root causes of software issues. It costs about 25% less than Fable 5 for typical workloads, with savings up to 45% for complex tasks. A version called Mythos 5.1, with stronger safeguards for cybersecurity and life sciences, is also available.
